Classification and selection reference of filter applications
Note: The only detection method for filter efficiency of H13, H14, U15~U17 is MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) counting scanning method. Because the MPPS of fiberglass filter materials is usually between 0.12 μ m and 0.25 μ m, it is not possible to test the efficiency of MPPS using an OPC (Optical Particle Counter) with a diameter of 0.3 μ m. Simply put, MPPS refers to the efficiency of particles ranging from 0.1 μ m to 0.2 μ m, not the efficiency of particles with a diameter of 0.3 μ m. The market's claim that "H14 ≥ 99.995% @ 0.3 μ m" is completely wrong, and therefore the product is also a highly risky non-conforming product.
