Liquid tank type high-efficiency air supply outlet
Liquid tank type high-efficiency air supply outlet
Introduction: DOP liquid tank type high-efficiency air supply outlet is an intermediate configuration of high-efficiency filters applied in air supply systems. The purpose is to obtain the ideal static pressure of air before passing through the high-efficiency filter, so that the high-efficiency filter can be used reasonably. Its characteristics are compact structure, reliable performance, strong ventilation, and simple maintenance.
Structure: DOP liquid tank high-efficiency air supply outlet, including static pressure box, pressure relief box, diffuser plate, liquid tank high-efficiency filter, and air valve. The interface with the air duct can be top or side connected. The sealed design of the liquid tank further enhances its sealing and uniqueness. During the installation process, a sealing groove is installed and embedded with the knife edges around the box to form an airtight seal, and the sealing glue will not stick to the knife edges around the box during the process of improving the filter.
Application: It is an ideal terminal filtration device for thousands, tens of thousands, and hundreds of thousands of purification air conditioning systems, widely used in purification systems in industries such as medicine, electronics, and chemical engineering.
characteristic:
1. The overall sealing design completely eliminates the possibility of upstream and downstream leakage from the design.
2. Cold rolled steel plates are welded and sealed with adhesive. The surface of the box is treated with electrostatic spraying, which has strong corrosion resistance.
3. Special air valve adjustment device, which can easily adjust the air volume at the bottom of the air outlet.
4. The unique liquid tank sealing method, equipped with PAO dust outlet and concentration sampling port, fully meets the requirements of the new GMP-E specification.
Note: Customization can be made according to customer size requirements.
