Junchen Company strictly follows the testing rules in GB/T 14295-2019 'Air Filters' and GB/T 13554-2020 'High Efficiency Air Filters' to test each product and issue a factory testing report.
Filtering efficiency, as the core indicator of filters, is clearly stipulated in Article 8.1.1 of the national standard GB/T 13554-2020 that efficiency and resistance are mandatory inspection items at the factory. However, many manufacturers abandon this core process due to the lack of testing equipment and rely solely on whether the indicator parameters of upstream filter paper factories are qualified. This lucky approach not only leads to quality loss control, but also brings unpredictable losses to users.
Junchen Company has an advanced MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) scanning test bench, equipped with a US imported LIGHT HOUSE 0.1 μ m particle counter, which can perform pre factory testing on H-grade and U-grade (EN1822-5) filters: 0.1-0.2 μ m and 0.2-0.3 μ m, with at least two efficiency tests. The lowest value is taken as the efficiency of the tested filter. Each filter has a unique QR code, allowing users to access all core performance parameters of the filter to ensure its quality and performance, and can be archived and stored for future reference. Test basis: GB/T 6165-2021 'Test Method for Performance of High Efficiency Air Filters - Efficiency and Resistance' EN 1822-5: 2009 'High efficiency air filters (sub high efficiency, high efficiency, ultra high efficiency) Part 5: Determination of filter element efficiency'.
