Non partition high-efficiency filters are used in clean room end air supply and local purification equipment to filter 0.1 μ m particles. All ultra-high efficiency filters require scanning for leak detection and integrity testing.
ISO5 and above cleanroom end or purification equipment air supply
The thickness of the filter is usually 70mm or 90mm
Filter paper grade U15-17
It is recommended to use H-level filters for pre filtering to extend their lifespan
